Why It Matters
The advent of AI is transforming the labour market and teaching practices: without ethical guidance, the risks of algorithmic discrimination and widening the digital divide are high. INclusive TrAIners places the trainer at the centre as a “human mediator” between technology and learners, ensuring that innovation always serves inclusion and social cohesion.
TARGET GROUP
CVET trainers, educators, and tutors working with adults, unemployed people, and vulnerable workers
Vocational training organisations, policy-makers, and research centres interested in the ethical use of AI
IMPACT
At the individual level, trainers will acquire digital and reflective skills on AI; institutions will be able to update their curricula and position themselves as European centres of excellence; learners will benefit from more personalised, equitable pathways that meet labour market needs.
RESOURCES AND TOOLS
