The project promotes sustainability and the creative reuse of cultural heritage through workshops, training activities and international exchanges. It is aimed in particular at adult women and adult education trainers, and seeks to transform products and values from the past into contemporary resources, fostering environmental awareness, upskilling and the intergenerational transfer of skills.
Main objectives
- To enhance cultural heritage through the reuse and upcycling of materials and products from the past.
- To strengthen environmental awareness and a culture of sustainability among participants.
- To engage adult women in hands-on workshops on redesign, recycling and innovative production.
- To develop trainers’ competences and create a training module on reuse to be integrated into adult education courses.
- To promote cooperation among partner organisations and the dissemination of results at local, national and European level.

- Greater awareness of sustainability, reuse and the protection of cultural heritage.
- Active participation of adult women and trainers in workshops and exchange activities.
- Creation of reusable materials and products to be shared and publicly promoted.

Why it matters
The project values cultural heritage and creative reuse as tools to promote sustainability, inclusion and environmental awareness. In a context where materials from the past risk being forgotten, the project turns them into new educational and social opportunities, strengthening the role of adult women and trainers as agents of change.
TARGET GROUP
Adult women aged 20 to 50, especially participants in the partner institutions’ courses.
Trainers, educators and tutors in adult education interested in sustainability, reuse and cultural heritage.
IMPACT
On an individual level, participants will develop greater environmental awareness, practical skills and the ability to reinterpret cultural heritage in a contemporary way. The partner institutions will strengthen their training capacity and European cooperation, while the project results will contribute to the spread of sustainable and inclusive practices in adult education.
