Why it matters
Adults with limited competences represent a growing challenge for the labour market and for inclusive societies: targeted interventions can improve employability, motivation, and social integration while reducing inequalities. At the same time, trainers and education providers gain concrete tools to better respond to real and specific needs. ETAD fits perfectly within European policies promoting upskilling and lifelong learning pathways.
If you are interested in improving the competences of low-skilled adults and strengthening the capacity of those who train them, the ETAD project offers an innovative and practical approach. Discover our tools and methodologies, designed to support trainers and institutions in implementing effective and inclusive training paths.
