GastroNet aims to assist students of Vocational Education in Gastronomy, in expanding their skills in sales techniques using advanced technologies and the Internet. We want to prepare them for gastronomy marketing on social media and make them more qualified to work independently. The proposed training will enhance their qualifications, making them valuable assets for future employers, promoting resilience and adaptability to market dynamics.

Our project aims to revolutionize vocational education for gastronomy students by integrating Internet-based sales and marketing techniques into their training curriculum. We aim to improve their ability to adapt to market dynamics, providing them with modern skills that will offer a competitive edge. We want to prepare them for a dynamic working future, ensuring they are well-equipped to face the challenges of the contemporary job market.

  • Market Adaptability: Prepare students for employment in small independent restaurants, where marketing functions are often carried out by the general staff.
  • Marketing Competence: Train students to excel in gastronomy marketing on social media.
  • Comprehensive Learning: Develop and offer a complete training program, in both written and web format.

Thus, improving the skills of gastronomy school students through advanced online sales techniques, preparing them to work in independent restaurants with a focus on marketing. Specifically, we aim to train students in gastronomy marketing on social media and offer a comprehensive training program in both written and electronic formats.

What We Address:

Based on the experience of a quality partnership, marketing experts, and catering industry professionals, we conceived the idea to further explore this topic and develop an innovative training concept. The project GastroNet aims to develop new training solutions that can contribute to linking the anticipated expansion of employment opportunities with qualified workers in the gastronomy sector, promoting service quality alongside culinary offerings.

Target groups include educators from partner organizations and students from vocational schools, with the goal of improving educators' skills and better preparing young people for entering the job market.
